SKIN TRAVEL: 5 EASY TIPS!
Just because you’re on holidays, doesn’t mean your beauty routine can take a break too…

Planning a getaway? These travel tips will take all the pain out of packing for your next getaway.

While it’s great to pack light, you still need all your hair and skin care essentials to keep you looking your best. Here’s the lowdown on the tips you’ll need to carry with you.

  1. Convenience isn’t always key

Try not to experiment and buy products you have never used. We understand it’s important to adhere to the airport guidelines, however a holiday isn’t the time to start a new regimen. Instead, decant skincare products into travel sized containers, easily found in any drugstore or even better by travel size!

  1. Flight skincare is just as important

If you want your skin to be in tip top shape upon landing, it’s important to pack some onboard essentials like sheet masks to hydrate your skin or use a sleeping mask as a moisturiser lock in all that hydration.

  1. Long or short flight drink water

Experts say you should opt for plain water when flying on a plane. It can help you avoid jet lag and boost your immune system. If you want something more flavourful, sparkling water is also a safe bet. Remember you need to hydrate your body inside and out!

  1. Spillage can be avoided

Balms, solid cleansers and soaps are great on the go. They work on both dry and oily skin types alike, and you don't need more than a dollop to completely remove all traces of the day.

  1. Sun, sand, sea and sunscreen

Sun cream is one of the most important items on your travel toiletries checklist be it summer scorcher or winter sun. Not only will it protect your skin from burning, it's one of the best anti-ageing products around, which is why it's super important to choose a sun cream that's right for your skin type to ensure you'll actually wear it.
